Charlton Athletic 1 v 5 Chelsea FC Blenheim Development 

The Development team travelled to Charlton Athletic this week in the National Football YouthLeague Championship.Against the run of play Charlton scored an equaliser, with their first attack, a miss hit cross sailed high over Mia in goal and dropped just under the bar.With coach Ted making a slight change on the pitch the Chelsea FC Blenheim side were able to be more direct and Charlton had little answer to the pressure. Ava completed her first half hat-trick with 2 quick fire goals and Chelsea FC Blenheim were 3-1 up at half time.Chelsea FC Blenheim started the second half in dominate fashion and Bonnie extended the leadwith a brilliant strike from 25 yards out. Finally Brooke rose well from a corner to make it 5-1Chelsea FC Blenheim and a fully deserved win. 3 points on the road and the academy side we’re back to winning ways!
